Trekking in mountains is always challenging and if the trek is on a frozen river, it makes it thrice as challenging. The trek on the frozen river in Leh is one of the most fascinating things to find the challenge in life where trekkers reach the summit of the frozen peaks through frozen rivers covered with thick sheets of ice.

The trek takes a week to complete and provides the feel of frozen and primitive life as nights are spent in tents inside various caves along the trek.
